At Trendvia, we aim to provide high-quality products and a smooth shopping experience.
This Refund Policy explains when customers are eligible for a return, replacement, or refund according to EU consumer protection standards.
1. Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)
Customers from the European Union have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving the product without providing a reason.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must:

- provide the order number
- specify which item they wish to return
After submitting the request, the customer has 14 more days to send the product back.
Refunds are issued within 7 business days after we receive the returned item.
2. Eligibility for Returns (Physical Products)
A product can be returned if:
✔ It is unused and in its original packaging
✔ It includes all accessories/manuals
✔ No damage caused by misuse or improper handling
Items that cannot be returned:
✘ Personalized or custom products (e.g., engraved or custom-branded items)
✘ Opened hygienic products
✘ Products damaged by the customer
✘ Clearance/Final sale items
3. Non-Returnable Items (Digital Products)
Digital products (eBooks, PDFs, downloads) are non-refundable once the file has been downloaded.
However, a refund may be issued if:
- the file is corrupted
- the customer accidentally purchased multiple copies
- the product description does not match the delivered content
We always aim to resolve issues fairly and quickly.
4. Return Shipping Costs
- If the product is defective or incorrect → Trendvia covers return shipping.
- If the customer changes their mind (14-day withdrawal right) → customer pays return shipping.
Return shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was damaged or incorrectly sent.
5. Damaged or Faulty Products
If a product arrives damaged or faulty, the customer must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by sending:
- order number
- description of the issue
- photo or video proof
We will offer:
- replacement
- repair (if applicable)
- or full refund
6. Processing Refunds
After a return is approved:
- Refunds are processed via the original payment method
- Refund issuance time: 3–10 business days
- Customer will receive a confirmation email once the refund is completed
7. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for:
- defective products
- wrong size/color (for bottles or accessories)
- incorrect items sent by mistake
Exchanges must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
